3.- ORDERS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

6.- RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The User may return to MWISER, free of charge, any product that has a manufacturing defect. Taking into account the nature of the contracted products, the User will have a period of one month from when he became aware of the lack of conformity of the product to communicate to MWISER his lack of conformity with them. If this period is exceeded, any damages will be assumed by the User. The return of products that have manufacturing defects will not entail any additional cost for the User.

Each product to be returned must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - where applicable - documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way, MWISER reserves the right to deny the return.
Once the product is received and the defects are verified, MWISER will give the User the possibility of replacing the product with another one with identical characteristics, unless this option is objectively impossible or disproportionate for MWISER.
In the event that, due to lack of stock, another product with identical characteristics cannot be shipped, the User may choose between terminating the contract (that is, the refund of the amounts paid) or requesting the shipment of another model that the User voluntarily chooses.
The delivery of the product with identical characteristics or the new model that the User chooses, as appropriate, will be carried out in the next 3-5 business days from the date on which MWISER confirmed to the User the replacement of the defective product or the shipment of the new one. model.
The replacement, the sending of a new model or the termination of the contract will not imply additional costs for the User. If the User terminates the contract, MWISER will refund the entire amount paid to the User for the purchase of the defective product (including shipping costs).
MWISER informs Users that the term for the refund of the amounts paid will depend on the payment method that the User used when purchasing the product:
-If the User has made the payment by credit/debit card, MWISER will return the amount paid within a period of 14 calendar days from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
-If the User has made the payment through PayPal, MWISER will return the amount paid within 24-48 business hours from when the User decided to terminate the contract.
In the event that the User is not satisfied with the products received in their order, the User, in accordance with the General Law for the defense of Consumers and Users, will have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to return the entire amount. of the order or, if you prefer, you may return any of the products that make up the total order and all without any penalty and without the need to indicate the reasons. However, the User must bear the direct cost of return to MWISER, whether they return the entire order or decide to return only some of the products in the order. MWISER is not responsible for the courier company that the User hires to return the order. MWISER recommends that the User require the courier company to provide proof of delivery once the courier has deposited the product in the MWISER offices/warehouses, so that the User has proof that the product has been correctly delivered to MWISER.
The costs of returning the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be assumed directly by the User.
The product must be unused and with all its labels, packaging and - where applicable - documentation and original accessory elements that came with it. If the User does not proceed in this way or if the product has suffered any damage, the User accepts that the product may suffer depreciation or that MWISER may deny the return.
Once MWISER receives the order and verifies that it is in good condition, MWISER will proceed to return all amounts paid by the User. If the User decides to return the order in full, MWISER will return to the User all of the amounts that the User had paid (including shipping costs).
If the User only wishes to return one or some of the products that were part of the order, MWISER will not be able to refund the shipping costs that the User has paid for the entire order.
